Rustlings of Apparently this New Castle team will have to be watched. A set-back at the hands of the Indians tonight, together with a Jolt at New Castle tomorrow night, will see a new leader at the head of the 1. S. L. procession. Blondey Hueffner again featured for New Castle. The Swede's thirtyfour out of thirty-five record speaks for Itself. Freddy Pence, the Muncle goal tend, is beginning to admit he used to be the best goal tend in the business. (Emphasis on the used to.) Du Fresnes was the hard guy last night The Duke rode 'em to the extent of two fouls. Huston, too, got rude at different times. Wayne Fahrner, the hard working Muncle rush, bucked the breaks last EARLHAM FLASHES OLD TIME SPEED IN ANTIOCH DUEL In defeating Antioch, 29 to 23, at the Y. M. C. A. last night, Coach Whiteside's Earlham basketball five displayed a brand of work that promises to get pretty well advertised by the close of the present season. The Quakers uncrated old-time Quaker scrapping spirit and showed, at the same time, enough basketball ability, to insure a successful season in matter of games won. A packed gym saw the Maroon and White take its second contest of three days. The score: Antioch. Gis. Fls. Msd. Pts. A large quantity of "feeling" will be distributed more or less unevenly In this game. At this somewhat early date it looks like the following personae . would be envolved: R. H. S. Alumni. OTHER CITIES WANT BERTHS IN LEAGUE

That the Indiana Polo League, with its four club members, Is but the van gard of a bigger and better organization next year is evidenced in the fact that other Indiana cities are beginning to Bit up and take notice of the sport. Anderson especially Is Interested in the game and Is this week launching a City league similar to the ones in Richmond and New Castle. Anderson Is handicapped by lack of a suitable rink, the polo colony of that place having to be content with the upper floor of one of the city's fire stations. Indications are however, that different arrangements will be made by next year when the Anderson team no doubt will become a part of the state polo belt.
