An effort to institute a superior court in Wayne county probably will be made by Richmond attorneys at the next session of the legislature, giving concrete form to what lawyers have sought as a necessity for some time. The judge is needed and could be p.dded with little expense to the county, , according to County Clerk Kelly who said today he believes that an extra court to take care of the overflow from circuit court could almost be paid by the saving from venuing cases to other counties and .bringing special judges here to try extra cases. , Several counties t smaller , . than Wayne and with less legal business have superior courts, attorneys said. The accommodation probably would stimulate legal business here and expedite the adjudication of cases.
