NEW PARIS, O.. Dec. 16. The Orange Hall, where the fourth and fifth grades of the local schools have been housed, proved a hard place to heat Wednesday and school was dismissed. On Thursday the seats were removed and placed In the new school building where this part of the school will now hold sessions, though the building as a whole remains unfinished.
