FRIENDS TO DEDICATE CHURCH, SUBSTANTIAL AND BEAUTIFUL
Maintaining the Quaker ideal of simplicity in construction, the West Richmond Friends church to be known as the Allen Jay memorial which will be dedicated Sunday, Dec. 17, is nearIns: completion. ' ' The church is built of limestone and buff brick., The front, facing -Main street, measures sixty-five feet across and the edifice extends back fifty-five feet. Wide stone steps lending a substantial appearance, lead to large front doors which open into a spacious vestibule. ' Impression of Solidity The front of the church can best be described as resembling an old fashioned manse. Large solid stone pillars support a central section of roof above the front entrance. On either side of the entrance are sections which appear to be complete in themselves even to the roof. From the vestibule there are three entrances to the auditorium and a stairway leading into the balcony, the combined capacity of which will seat four hundred people. The auditorium woodwork is finished in mahogany with white walls. Burnished chandeliers of the indjrect lighting system are suspended from the flat-beamed ceiling. The pulpit stands in the southeast corner of the auditorium while the choir loft is in the north wall. The minister's study is directly behind the pulpit. , No Pipe Organ Installed Although no pipe organ will be installed at present, the building was erected so that one could be put in at any tJmc. The south v r?n of the church is so arranged that part of it can be torn out easily wlion the Sunday school addition Is built. When the church was first planned, the specifications called for the erection of a Sunday Hfhool addition. It was found that the one which had been planned would be too small and so the erection of the Sunday F.ebool section was post'poned four or five years. All windows nre of the most artistic colored glass type. There are four memorial windows for: Charles' Albert Tebbetts and wife, Mary Ann Jenkins. EH and Mahala Jay and Amelia TeBt. All of these persons were instrumental in establishing the West Richmond meeting. The auditorium floor has been carpeted with cork. Seats are of a spacious and comfortable type. Basement Includes Kitchen. The basement has been furnished with the Idea of Its being a Sunday school room and a suitable place to have socials. There is a large auditor, ium and a kitchen.

Drink Hot Water! Have Rosy Cheeks and a Peachy Skin Say we will both look and feel clean, sweet and fresh and avoid Illness.
To see the tinge of healthy bloom
in your .face, to see your skin get clearer and clearer, to wake up with
out a headache, backache, coated tongue or a nasty breath, in fact to feel your best, day in and day out, just try inside-bathing every morning for one week. Before breakfast each day, drink a glas sof real hot water with a teaspoonful of limestone phosphate in it as a harmless means of washing from the stomach, liver, kidneys and bowels the previous day's indigestible waste, sour bile and toxins; thus cleansing, sweetening and purifying the entire alimentary canal before putting more food into the stomach. The action of hot water and limestone phosphate on an empty stomach is wonderfully invigorating. It cleans out all the sour fermentations, gases and acidity and gives one a splendid appetite for breakfast. A quarter pound of limestane phosphote will cost very little at the drug store but is sufficient to demonstrate that just as soap and hot water cleanses, sweetens and freshens the skin, so hot water and limestane phosphate act on the blood and Internal organs. Those who are subject to constipation, bilious attacks, acid stomach, rheumatio twinges, also those whose skin is sallow and complexion pallid, are assured that one week of insidebathing will have them both looking and feeling better in every way.

Service These three words constitute the pledge the Saxon Motor Car Corporation makes Saxon owners. They are to this company all that "his word of honor" is to a man of fine character. They typify the essential characteristics of Saxon cars. They epitomize the Saxon idea the idea that brought the Saxon Motor Car Corporation into being and that is the cornerstone of its success. It is not merely an advertising slogan, but a business ideal an ideal that is given concrete expression in Saxon cars. The first word strength, implies not alone the ability to carry a certain load, but the ability to carry it indefinitely under all conditions and with ease. It embraces the qualfty of endurance. Economy, as used here, refers to both first and last cost. In the case of the former,' the latest manufacturing and marketing methods, the ablest engineering skill, and the advantages of big output have been combined to bring the first cost of Saxon cars to the lowest limit compatible with their character. In the case of the latter, skilled design and fine quality materials have produced a car which will give the greatest number of miles of safe and comfortable travel at least expense. Service, means day in and day out availability to the owner. It means square dealing on the part of the Saxon Motor Car Corporation and every dealer in its organization. It means absolute satisfaction to the man who pays his money for a Saxon. No car can give more. No car can give less-and long retain the respect of the motor car purchasing public.
