MRS. HAHN IS DEAD; BROTHER LIVES HERE

NEW PARIS, O., Nov. 30. Mrs. M. A. Hahn died Monday night at her home at WestervIUe. O., and funeral services were held Thanksgiving day at her home and the body brought to New Paris Friday, for interment in Sprlnglawn cemetery. Ths death of Mrs. Hahn came as a shock to her many local friends and relatives as no news of her sickness had been received and the cause of her death is not' yet known. She was the daughter , of the late' Joseph and Mary A. Mills and was reared here so 13 very wellknown, she having taught school la the Pleasant Hill and Dry Run districts. She was 55 years of age an-l besides the husband, leaves two chi!dren, Clarence and Edith, students at Westervllle college, her aged mother one sister, Alice and on brother, Sheridan, of Richmond. Her mother and F.lHter had but recently gone to Westervllle to make their home with Mrs. Hahn. ; The sorrow-stricken home circle has the sympathy of the entire community in their bereavement.

LAFAYETTE, Ind., Nov. 30. A legal battle will be waged by Mrs. Emma Quinn in an effort to collect $21,500 from the three accident insurance companies in which her husband carried policies. Mr. Quinn was ground under the wheels of a train at Peru. - At first the coroner held death accidental, then declared it a case of suicide, but later changed the verdict again to accidental death.
