RICHMOND REQUESTS STATE 'T MEETING

Richmond's chances of receiving the 1917 state Y. M. C. A. convention ;are considered especially good, since the local "Y" will be celebrating Us flftieth anniversary at this time. Application for the convention was made at Marlon Saturday by - the Richmond delegates who were attending the state meeting. It will be left to a committee to decide upon the next place for the convention and no decision will be made for some time yet. it is customary for the committee to give the convention to some city in which the association Is eel1
