wedding of Miss Grace Kelly, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Kelly of North Twelfth street and Mr. Herbert Keck of Dayton, Ohio. The affair will be solemnized Thursday morning In the presence of a number of relatives and friends. There will be several guests from out of the city. The ceremony will be performed by the Rev. F. A. Dressel, of the First English Lutheran church and the ring service will be used. On account of the prominence of the bride-elect in 6ocial circles the affair will be one of the interesting features of the week's social schedule. She has been the guest of honor at a number of charming dinners and auction bridge parties, most of which have been give nat the Country club. Another wedding will also be solemnized on Thursday when Miss Helen Hall, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Hall and Mr. Ralph Kittle will be married in the evening at G o'clock at the home of the bride's parents, 108 North Twentieth street. The ring service will be used and will be read by the Rev. H. C. Harman, pastor of the First Methodist Episcopal church. The guests will number 86. Miss Marjorle Pickett will be maid of honor and Mr. Forest Gartslde will be best man. Court Richmond, No. 235 United Order of Foresters meets In Commercial club rooms, Friday evening. Members of a thimble club were entertained Friday afternoon by Mrs. Roy Fry at her home, South Fifteenth street. An informal program was given. Refreshments were served. A meeting of a Young Ladies Circle of the First Presbyterian church, under the leadership of Miss Esther Coate will be held Monday afternoon at the home of Miss Mary Clements. The King's Daughters of the South Eighth Street Friends church, were hospitably entertained Friday afternoon by Mrs. J. H. Hunt and Miss Ada Hadley at their home, North Ninth street. Chrysanthemums and other fall flowers were used in decorating the rooms. Miss Ruth Scott played a violin number with Miss Martha Scott playing her accompaniment. Mrs. W. J. Hiatt made a Bhort talk with response by Mrs. Allen Coggeshall who leaves soon for a residence in California. Refreshments were served. The next meeting will be held December 8. Plans of the department for the coming year's work were also brought to the attention of the members and especially along educational lines. The use of the Edith Smith graded chart was explained. The guests were Miss Cindnia Barnes of Centerville, Mrs. Ethel Wickett and Mrs. S. Edgar Nicholson. The next meeting will be held in two weeks. An address before members of the Philathea Bible class of the First Baptist church will be made Sunday morning by Mrs. Mead Kelsey. " All members are invited.
