J AMUSEMENTS AT LOCAL HOUSES MURRETTE , Ann Pennington, one of the smallest stars, who ever created a great sensation on Broadway, Is the star of the Famous Players production, "Susie Snowflake," at the Murrette today, in which this celebrated little Ziegfeld "Follies' star makes her motion picture debut. Though only four feet ten Inches in height, Miss Pennington has proven one of the most colossal hits of the musical comedy world and is perhaps better known throughout the whole country than any other actress who has ever before been seen on the screen, for her praises have been sung by every visitor to Gotham town for the last three years. MURRAY. Tonight for the first time in the history of Richmond theaters, three complete vaudeville performances will be given at the Murray. The reason for this is that Manager Murray has secured a special wire for election returns of. both national and state, and will show these returns until a late hour. The public of Richmond can in that way secure late returns and enjoy five acts of vaudeville. The bill this week is said to be an exceptionally good one. Masonic Calendar Tuesday, Nov. 7. You cannot do the best of work, xmless your stomach and nerves are in the best possible condition. Many years ago, a small city physician prepared a tonic for a nervous nnd run-down patient. The prescription proved more than wonderful. It did not take long for the news to travel in this small town, and before long the family physician was spending all of his time making this tonic. Sick people came from many miles around, and it finally became necessary to establish laboratories for the sole pnrpose of making thl3 medicine. Finally the tonic was given a name, Vitalis, and today Vitalis, the medicine that had its birth under the kindly hand of an old family physician, is known in nearly every community of the United States. Although many improvements have been made, the medicine remains practically the same. For the anemic, the over-worked, the dyspeptic, the expectant mother, or the tired workingman, Vitalis, the nniversal tonic, Is especially recommended. Vitalis gives a fresh grip on life, not a temporary artirlcial strength. It builds up the muscles of the vital organs, and brings back the vitality of youth. Vitalis Is being explained and specially introduced at The Qulgley Drug Store, f$ Main street Adv.
