RETURNS LOCAL GALL Rev. A. L. Nicklas. of Ann Arbor, Mich., has returned the call tendered him by the St. John's Lutheran church of this city and will remain with his congregation at Ann Arbor. Announcement of the Rev. Mr. Nicklas' decision was made by the board of St. John's church yesterday. It is understood the Rev. Mr. Nicklas Ann Arbor congregation would not accept the pastor's resignation. A new call will be ex- , tended soon. lYASTEN jury action EATON, 0- Nov. 6. Jury action in the case against John N.
