FRIENDS AT EGOnOY DEDICATE IIEVMIOuE FREE OF OBLIGATIONS
l By NATHAN H. IDWARDt ' ECONOMY. Ind., Oct 24. 8unJay was red letter day for the Economy Friends as they made the one, hundredth mile-stone on the religious highway of a successful advancement. It was estimated that 600 persons were present at the dedicatory and afternoon services. There was $1,600 Indebtedness on the church Sunday a. m., and $1,000 was raised In tne forenoon and $600 In the afternoon. There had been $2,000 paid In, making a total of $3,600 for the new church building. Kelly Delivers Address ' The dedicatory address by Dr. Rob
ert Kelly of Earlham, was line. It was on the line of farming and he said the same method should be incorpora ted in the churches to get the best results. Letters were read from Dr. Ed. Clark and Theodore Burns of Indianapolis, Hon. W. O. Barnard of New Castle, Byram Robbing of Detroit, and Dr. John Clark of Philadelphia. ' Rev. Ray Ballard of the M. E church and members attended the dedication in a body. They contributed liberally of money which was acceptable and highly appreciated by the Economy Friends. Both churches united for the day and certainly made it memorable as a great day. The big dinner that was prepared and served in the basement was all that one could wish. Many visitors were in attendance in the afternoon. The ladies' quartet of Dublin charmed the large audience with their beautiful songs and sweet voices, also the Economy Friends quartet sang several selections that were pleasing. The afternoon services drew the larger crowd. Mrs. Albert Jessup read a paper that was Interesting and of historical value relative to Friends early day biography. Another large crowd niled the church at night to hear Rev. Truman Kenworthy of Richmond, Superintendent of Yearly Meeting and finanr f Inl manager. His sermon was one of the best heard in the Economy Friends church for a long time. Thus the day ended and will go down in history as one of the greatest events in the hirtory of Economy Friends.

Movie Actresses and Their Hair
Did it ever occur to you that every movie actress you have seen has lovely hair, while the most popular count their curls as their chief beauty? In fact, (this is a secret), many are leading ladies just because' of their at-1 tractive locks. Inquiry among them discloses the fact that they bring out all - the natural beauty of their hair by careful shampooing, not with any soap or makeshift, but with a simple" mixture which they make up for themselves by putting a teaspoonful of canthrox, (which they get from the druggist), in a cup of hot water and applying this instead of soap. After its use their hair dries rapidly, with uniform color. Dandruff, excess oil and dirt '.
are dissolved and entirely disappear. The hair is so fluffy that it looks much heavier than it is. Its lustse and softness is delightful, while the stimulated scalp gains the health which insures hair growth. Adv. .
