Three Contests To Decide Most Perfect Baby Three distinctively separate Perfect Baby contests are under way. The first of these contests to be held Is the Richmond Better Baby contest. Registrations for this contest close Saturday, September 2. All babies between the age of six months and two years old are eligible. The contest proper will be held September 5 to 9. Registrations may be made at any time by the mother at Social Ser
vice -Bureau, , third floor of the court house. The 'Wayne County Perfect Baby contest is the second contest which will be held. The regulations for this competition are the same as those in the .city contest - Registrations close September 9. The contest will be held the week of September 11. All babies in Wayne county outside of the city of Richmond are eligible. Registrations may be made by letter to Miss Mary Kennedy, Commercial club rooms, Richmond. The third contest will be held the week of the Fall Festival. The competition will be between the winners of the city and county contests. In all these contests, numerous and valuable prizes will be given.
Will Follow Up Last Baby Test To determine whether the first Better Baby contest has produced any results, all babies entered in the contest will be called in for examination during a baby welfare week to be held early" next spring. Measurements will be taken at this time and compared with the measurements which will be made during these contests. Extensive plans will be made for this spring event. Speakers of note will present solutions of several baby problems and exhibits will be used to show the proper care and the value of proper care of babies.

First, second and third prizes will be offered for the following classes of babies In the Better Baby contests: Best babies between six months and two years old; best six months old babies; best year old babies; best eighteen months old babies; best two year old babies; best twins and best triplets.
