Culler, supervisor of the public Bchools of Oxford, Hanover, Milford and Reily townships, becomes associate professor of education in Teachers' College, succeeding Prof. W. H. Wiley, promoted to the head of the education department. Clyde D. Pierson, Oxford, and Oscar C. Martin, Sardinia, become assistant Instructors in manual training, succeeding J.
