CHICAGO, July 28. On blgber cables and reports of bad weather In the northwest, wheat opened higher again today but trading was light for a widely fluctatlng market. The opening bulgp was from cent to 1 cents which made a new high selling mark but this was met by selling orders by local traders and orders from . the northwest to take profits. There was a rush of buying of corn t the 6tart with the .result that an advance of from H to 1 cent was met by selling orders that quickly forced prices back. Oats prices weakened after the first few minutes. Provision trading was light with prices about the same. The wheat market was a choppy affair with further gains at the opening which gave way to sharp losses during the latter part of the session.
