TOY BALLOONS PRESENT WORST SOURCE OF FIRE

'The toy balloon 1b the most dangerous thing with, which we have to contend In preventing serious Fourth cf July fires," declared Fire Chief Miller today. "The most serious firea are caused by Its use, and people should not only exercise more care in sending up these balloons, but should watch all falling balloons, to see that thev do not set any roofs on fire." The state fire marshal has declared in a bulletin that Immediate action should be ta!;en by the state of Indiana to prevent the use of these balloons. The most serious fire in the state last year during the Fourth of July celebration occurred at Tcrre H-ute, where a gas filled balloon fell on a manufacturing plant and caused $12,600 damage. zens exercise care in the celebration of the Fourth, and that it be made strictly safe and sane.
