PARK COMPANY TO REORGANIZE IN NEAR FUTURE

Twenty-two of the thirty-five guarantors were represented at the meeting and unanimously agreed to tub!mit a proposition to the stockholders Asking them to come in as guarantors .to the extent of the stock they hold 'end participate in the proceeds of the Jjiroperty. Study Proposition. This proposition will be considered Hby the stockholders at a meeting to Jb held on the call of the president, JJ1. R. Robinson. f The re-organization of the company U believed by the guarantors to be the best means of meeting the oblteaUions.
