TENTH STREET PARK

ESTED FOR Owing to the delay of the street car company in making an appropriation of $250 for band concerts in Glen Miller park, many residents of the South side have been advocating the holding of concerts in the South Tenth street park this summer. They argue that the South Tenth street park is the most centrally located park in theity. It is surrounded by a heavy residential section, and citizens would have no trouble to get to and from their homes. By having concerts in this park, citizens would stay down town and would not have far to go after the concerts have been dismissed. We are pleased to say that we see again the familiar faces of our young men, who have returned home from the different colleges to spend the summer. Messrs. Henry Unger, Paul Faddler, Ross Markey, Lawrence Ehler and William Roselins are among the college boys who have come back to enjoy their home town. ....Lowell Diefenback who is attend,ns tbe famous Cincinnati Co-opera-uve conege ana siuaying electrical engineering will not be home this summer, for the boys of this school who are making their own way must needs work all summer to prepare for tho winter's expenses.
