An abstract of title will be furnished the purchaser, and said real estate will be sold free from all liens and encumbrances. The purchaser will be given the right to break ground and sow wheat on said farm this fall, and full possess ion will be given, if desired, by Novem ber 15th, 1916. with the right reserved to enter for the purpose of gathering corn.
