The Colonel attacked hyphenated
citizens. He charged that even at this moment persons of divided allegiance are trying to dictate to the Republican convention. There was an indirect at' tack on Hughes for it has been charged at various times that Hughes candidacy has been fostered by German interests. The Colonel declared that it will not be easy to arouse the "austere self-respect" which has been lulled into slumber but that it must be done in the interest of peace.
NUSBAUM'S ADDRESS WILL BE PRINTED
Following the program meeting of the Wayne County Medical society yesterday afternoon, a business session was held at which it was decided to send the paper read by Lee Nusbaum on "The Doctor as a Community Asset," to be published in the journal of the Indiana Medical society. Mr. Nusbaum declared that a doctor was under obligations to the community in. which he practices, and that at the same time the doctor is an asset to the community.
