Mrs. Wallace Randall of Florence, Ariz., with her sister. Miss Eva Toms, Mrs. Joseph Garvin of Chicago, with Mrs. W. A. Roth and Mies Elizabeth Page of Connersville, with Mrs. May Boden, were guests. Mrs. Willard Petro, secretary, in concise manner, reviewed the work of the year.Mrs. R. P. Lindsay gave a review of the new Year book, indicating the work to be pursued along two lines, that of development of art and literature, the artistic cover of which was

designed and arrangement of book made by Miss Mary Overbeck, for which Miss Overbeck was given a rising vote of thanks. Mrs. Randall, much to the pleasure of the club, gave an interesting talk relative to the schools of Arizona.

COMMISSIONER'S SALE OF REAL ESTATE The undersigned. Commissioner, by virtue of anorder of the Wayne Circuit Court of Indiana, made and entered of record at its April Term, 1916, being Cause No. 17456 in said Court, in an action for Partition therein pending, wherein Clara Anderson is Plaintiff and Sarah Jane Anderson and James Moore are Defendants, will offer for bale, to the highest and best bidder, at public auction, upon the premises one (1) mile north and threefourths (3-4) mile east of the town of Bethel, Wayne County, Indiana, on WEDNESDAY, JUNE 14, 1916, At 2:00 o'clock p. m., the following real estate situated in said County and State: One hundred and twenty (120) acres more or less, all f one tract of land and known as the John E. Anderson farm, and specifically described in the complaint and petition in said cause. The buildings on said farm are in good condition. The barn, which is 40x50 feet with 20 ft. posts, was built in 1907; frame house with five rooms. The fences are in fair condition.
