DAYTON MAW BUYS PROPERTY IN EATON SOLD BY SHERIFF
. EATON, O., May 20. For a consideratlon of 113,160, E. A. Deem of Dayton bought four piece of property ; sold in this city Saturday by Sheriff
Wertz. The properties were owned by Deem and the late William Aeher Smith of thia city. They were Bold upon partition cult filed In common pleaa court by Deem against Mary P. Mitchell of this city, a niece of Smith. The grocery and flat at the corner of Main and Maple streets brought $6,400; the buildings occupied by the Home restaurant and White Star Oil company brought $3,125; the livery barn on Cherry street brought $2,600, and the livery barn in the alley north of Main and between Cherry and Barron streets, brought $1,055.
