Iters and Earlham college are endeavoring to retrieve the day- for, Richmond with a pageant to be presented during commencement week, portraying the Quaker, settlement in the i Whitewater valley and their contri: r button to Indiana .history. A charming frock In which printed georgette crepe , is cleverly combined with white cotton net. The series of narrow ; lace trimmed ruffles ' lend a quaint and distinctive air to the frock. The bodice is girdled at the waistline with rose taffeta. A soft lace trimmed fichu of net and frilly cuffs prove very attractive. The unusual cascade drape in front is a particular feature developing from the hip.peplum. ,
