The celebration last year was attended by 1,200 people, but it is predicted the crowd this year will be even larger. ' Pettis A. For a period of, the past ten -years, mortgage exemptions have been - graduallyincreasing and County "Auditor Bowman predicts that-the amount this year will at least $1,150,000. In 1915, the exemptions amounted to 31,132,740. The exact amount of the exemptions will not be known for several months when the board of review: meets to examine the exemption affidavits that have .been filed. Last Saturday was the last day for filing the exemptions.
