WHEAT OPENS BELOW YESTERDAY'S CLOSE ' CHICAGO, April 28. Favorable

weather reports from the northwest! and easier cables led to general sell las of wheat at the opening today. May opened at $1.13, c below yesterday's close. July started at I1.14& and September at $1.13. ' Tbe weakness in wheat was reflected In corn, and prices j broke carefully at the opening at 76c fo May. Oats were lower. May opened at 44 c and July at 42?c. There were goodly reactions and advances in the wheat market from the lowest prices, with the strength reflecting the report received here of green bugs and other insects as working In tbe wheat fields of Oklahoma. Those who were long on May wheat sold It on the hard spot, and that month closed c lower under this selling pressure, .while the July and September were up e to c. Corn closed c to V2c lower, and oats were unchanged to c lower. Sales here were: Wheat, 15,000 bushels: corn
