v The grand jurors for this term of court are: John Driscoll, Daniel Breen, Frank Nevins, Edward Shendled. Hollin Maxwell and George Cunningham. The regular term of court was scheduled for Monday of last week but owing to the extra amount of business at Connersville, court was held only one evening last week. Three divorces have been granted in the cases of John Shepard vs. Cathenrine Shepard; Clara Clark vs. Mack Clark: and Essie May Hegwood vs. Carl U. Hegwood. On Wednesday George Rude won his case in a suit against W. P. Kennedy and J. F. Rude, trustees under the will of Ellen I. Zuttermeister. the will and trusteeship being set aside, the trustees being ordered to pay costs of suit and pay over to Mr. Rude the amount of the estate in their possession. The court set forth that the will was invalid, the testator being of unsound mind at the time the will was made. The estate in the hands of the trustees was equal to an amount something over $4,000. ' There Is a large amount of probate business occupying the attention of the court, and among the cases, a number that have been carried over from previous terms of court.
If all the old people-in Richmond realized what Vinol will do for them we would not be able to get enough of it to supply the demand. We quote from a recent letter received from Mrs. A. E. Carson of Kingston, N. Y. She says: ,-I am 69 years of age, and had been ailing for a long time
with indigestion. I got run-down, was 1
weak, dizzy and could not sleep at night. I consulted two doctors who said I had hardening of the arteries and at my age could not expect to be strong again. My daughter would give me no peace until I tried Vinol, as it had done so much for her. I have taken five bottles and my health and strength have come back, so I am able to do all the housework for my family of four, and I am recommending Vinol to all my friends." The reason Vinol is s beneficial to old people is because it contains the very elements needed to replace declining strength with renewed vigor, viz: the medicinal elements of fresh
cod livers without oil, peptonate of
iron, beef peptone, and a mild tonic wine. Clem" Thistlethwaite, druggist, Richmond, Ind. Adv.

WHY SPRING COLDS ARE DANGEROUS If Neglected They Lead to Serious, Perhaps Fatal Resultt. If you get cold at times of year and try to "let it wear off," it frequently develops into a stubborn throat trouble, which may in turn become chronic asthma, bronchitis or worse. It is im: portant to remember that " . Father John's Medicine relieves colds because of Its nourishing body-building elements, which give strength to the system and enable each organ to resume its normal funcUons. Father John's Medicine is not a patent medicine, c ntains no Injurious drugs, but is a pure food medicine, for those who are waaJc and run-down. Adv.
