LITTLE DELAY CAUSED WHEN THIRD REVISION AFFECTS RURAL ROUTES
Rural route carriers ou t of Rich mond were delayed only a etaort time this morning in re-routing the names ' to correspond with the chaj ages made j by A. C. Garrlgus. the postal inspector. ! in the routes out of Richm-ond. The lour routes out of Richmond , however, were only 6llghtly changed by the in 1 spector while radical chan ges were made in several of the other routes in the county. Two new horse drawn ro tites, one out of Williamsburg and the other out of Centerville. began opera lion this morning. The postal inspc etor an nounced today that the chi tnges he made will be final as far as the postoffice department is concei ed and that. any further changes will have to originate among the patrons of the routes themselves.
