The following order will appear in the record of the county commissioners regarding the location of the South Side bridge at O street: "Whereas the South Side Improvement association and the Southwest Improvement association, both of Richmond, Ind., have filed with and presented to the board of county commissioners of Wayne county their joint petition which is signed by officers and members of committees appointed by each of said associations to sign and present such petition to said board, praying that the said board of commissioners at once locate and fix the location of a bridge.proposed to be built over the Whitewater river in the city of Richmond, Ind., at South E street or at a location south of said street, which bridge Is generally referred to as the south side bride. NoW, therefore, the said board of commissioners having taken said petition under advisement and being duly advised in the premises finds that said bridge should be located at once; and said board further finds after being duly advised in the premises that the advisory board heretofore appointed by the said board of commissioners, in answer to a certain written petition of said South West Improvement association, filed and presented by said association through its attorney, Willlam H.
