DIVORCE SUITS CLOG CIRCUIT COURT WORK 111 TODAY'S SESSION

The court at Reno had nothing on Wayne circuit court today. The local mill was turned into a divorce court in the real Bense of the word this morning; two divorces were granted, two were refused and hearings on two other cases were not completed hut will probably result in decrees being Issued. . Rose Ireton, who charged that her husband Edgar Ireton abandoned her, was granted a decree and her maiden name, Rose Farrell was restored. The hearing lasted only a few minutes. A divorce was also granted to Lorean Klingebiel from Frank Klingeblel on the charge of desertion and failure to support . Abandonment was the charge preferred by Sarah Williams in her case against George Williams. Testimony was completed with the exception of that of the residence witnesses. The divorce will probably be granted. Divorce and custody was also asked in court today by Byrdella Zindorf against Perry Zindorf. The hearing was not completed and no decision rendered After a two days' sensational trial. Judgment for the defendant was issued in the case of John Clements against Lillie Clements. The divorce was refused on the grounds that the plaintiff has not proved the material allegations in the complaint or cruel and inhuman treatment. Harry Garrett, colored, was refused a divorce from Bertha Garrett in a hearing before Judge Fox. APPAM TO REMAIN GERMAN PROPERTY WASHINGTON. Feb. 5.
