All Is Not CRAIG DALLAS EXPIRES i; OS. O.. Jan. 27. Unrelenting has been tbe hand of death in the family of Craig W. Dallas, 59, whose death early Wednesday morning at his home on North Maple street, marks the fourth during tbe last two years. Mr. Dallas had been ill a long time from tbe effects of dropsical troubles and other complications, and his death came not unexpected. He is urviyed by the widow and four children. The children are Mrs. Veda Walsh and Miss Esther Dallas, who reside at home, and Dal. Dallas and Mrs. William Modenwald of Indianapolis. Funeral services will be hld at 1 o'clock Saturday afternoon at his late home. The body will be taken to Camden for burial. JURY OUT 20 HOURS. INDIANAPOLIS, Jan. 27. After being out nearly twenty hours a jury in criminal court found William Powell guilty of manslaughter for killing Otis De Vore in October. The penalty is a prison sentence of from two to twenty-one years. The defense will ask for a new trial. - . - - SEE SPRING BUDS. MARION, Ind., Jan. 27. Mrs. E.
