The funeral of the Rev. Fred Gahre was held at Glenn-'ille, Neb., this afternoon. He was the son of the Rev. H. Gahre, formerly superintendent of the Wernle Orphans' home, and was stationed in a Kansas parish when he was attacked by the disease which ultimately brought death. The Rev. Mr. Gahre was in Richmond several years ago trying to recuperate, and submitted to an operation at Indianapolis, but this gave little relief. Death came in a Kansas City (Mo.,) hospital.

THE GREATEST HEALTH INSURANCE IN THE WORLD T. P. Taylor, Prominent Louisville Druggist, Makes Interesting Statement

T. P. TAYLOR "The greatest health Insurance In the world Is the simplest," he said. MI never could quite understand why people are so negligent in the use of the simplest of all preventives of illness. It's all a matter of keeping the bowels open. The man who carries a little box of Kexuil Orderlies has got a good health policy in bis pocket I believe they are the best laxative ever prepared, and their pleasant taste appeals to men, women and children alike." THIN PEOPLE CAN INCREASE WEIGHT

Thin men and women who would like to increase their weight with 10 or 15 pounds of healthy "stay there" fat should try eating a little sargol with their meals for a while and note results. Here is a good test worth trying. First weigh yourself and measure yourself. Then take Sargol one tablet with every meal for two weeks. Then weigh and measure again. It isn't a question of how you look or feel or what your friends say and think. The scales and the tape measure will tell their own story, and many thin men and women we believe can easily add from five to eight pounds in the first fourteen days by following this simple direction. And best of all, the new flesh stays put. Sargol does not of itself make fat, but mixing with your food, it aims to turn the fats, sugars and starches of what you have eaten. Into rich, ripe fat producing nourishment for the tissues and blood prepare it in an easily assimilated form which the blood can readily accept. Much of this nourishment now passes from your body as waste. But Sargol orks to stop the waste and do it quickly and to make the fat producing contents of the very same meals you are eating now develop pounds and pounds of healthy flesh between your skin and bones. Sargol is safe, pleasant, efficient and inexpensive. Clem Thistlethwaite's four stores and other leading druggists In this vicinity sell it in large boxes forty tablets to a package on a guar; antee of weight increase or ' money back as found in each large box. PLAN CLUB

(Continued From Page One.) -

both Democratic and Republican lead

ers in the sixth district as the unit oh

which will pivot the November elect

ion results. . .-- Wayne county Republican politicians are confident of Lontz's ability to defeat Gray for the Democratic congressional nomination at the primary election in March. So, they have figured it out, if the Republican party does not offer a Wayne county man as its congressional candidate Lontz will stand an excellent chance of carrying Wayne at the November election. With Jndge Comstock: as the Renublican congressional nominee

these Republican politicians anticipate

a Republican victory in Wayne county, and, as has been stated, leaders of both parties are of the opinion that whatever way Wayne goes the district will go. "In my opinion the Lontz candidacy

lias made it imperative for the Republican party to replace Mr. Lynch with Judge Comstock as its congressional nominee this year, and the sooner an organization la effected to stimulate the Comstock candidacy throughout the district by the conduct of a strong speaking and publicity campaign the better off the G. O. P. in the sixth district will be," declared one of the best known Richmond CO. - P. leaders today. Progressives in Doubt. "Who Is going to get that small army of independent voters in Wayne

county caused by the virtual disintegration of tbe Progressive party in Wayne?" continued this Republican party worker. ?This vote is going to decide the result in Wayne county, and, in my opinion, the result in the district. John Lontz is going to be the Democratic candidate and he is going to make a mighty strong one, especially in Wayne. If tbe Repub

lican party is going outside Wayne county to get its candidate for representative in congress, then I believe ixratz is going to get the bulk of Wayne's free lance vote, first because he is a Wayne county man (and the

average voter is tired of the arrange

ment which has for years given Rush

The Gist of It. "Last December I had a severe cold and was nearly down sick in bed. I bought two bottles of Chamberlain's Cough Remedy and it was only a few days until I was completely restored to .health." writes O. J. Metcalf. Weatherby, Mo. If you would know the value of this remedy, ask any one who has used it. Obtainable everywhere. Adv.

and Henry counties an option on this district's seat in congress), secondly, because Lontz is looked upon as a man who would make a very satisfactory congressman. "If the Republicans wisely select Judge Comstock, one of the best known and most popular citizens of Wayne county, as their congressional nominee Lontz Is going to have his hands full carrying Wayne county because Judge Comstock can make just as Etrong an appeal to the big independent vote in Wayne county as Lontz will be able to do. Incidentally there are 'any number of former Progressives who want to support the

Republican ticket next fall but will not do so if the G. O. P. offers Lynch as a candidate because they regard Lynch

as a cog in the Watson machine."
