RACINE TEAM DEFEATED HUFFnERJHOUS CLASS Tired From Day of TraveHag, Highly Touted Profesaonak Fail to Stop Rushes of Quigley Brothers on Penetrate Defense Put Up by O'Metz, Griffith and Evans.

The Racine travelers proved to be rather easy for the Richmond polo five last night at the Coliseum, and were defeated 7-8 in a alow and rather uninteresting game. . r-; ' ',- v Richmond never extended itself for it was unnecessary and It was only the clever work of Huffner at goal that kept the score down to modest proportions. Huffner played a-great game and showed that he le the eame finished player of yore. He made stops of shots that went eo fast that it was Impossible to follow the ball with the eye and it was due to hie work that Racine made the showing that It did. In all he had 42 stops and while an accidental goal Is charged against him it was one of those flukes of the game that was unavoidable.

, Pads Catch Ball.

, Sox Quigley bit the pill an awful ,Wallop and it' went in and out .and then became tangled up In Haffner's balding and dropped back In the cage, j Richmond started the game by getting a lead of three and for a few minutes it looked aa though it was going to be a procession but the Wisconsin boys woke upland, before the period was over caged two goals through clever floor work and showed some of the class claimed for 'them. The visitors were evidently tired after traveling all day and did not play at top speed. They showed, however, that they had the class and when they line up against the locals on Wednesday night Richmond will have to give a better exhibition than last night or they will surely take the short end. In the second period Richmond made three goals while Racine failed to cage the ball but they came back in the last period and made .three while the home five got but one.

Griffith played a great game at half handling the ball in masterly style while Sox and Lou Quigley gave a clever exhibition of passwork In. the

open.

Evans never played in better form and while he got a nasty cut over the .eye in the second period he came right back in the game and fought

hard all the way through. Lineup and summary: Racine Richmond.

Sixteen-year-old Robert Vincent, who has arrived in America after eight months In the trenches in France, fears a spanking when he reaches home in Boston, where his father. Dr. John Vincent is a prominent physician. Robert ran away from home last April, took passage on the Arabic and arrived in Liverpool, penniless. It took him nine days to walk to London where he tried to enlist, but without success. He worked his way through to Paris and there joined the boy scouts and was finally sent to the front as dispatch bearer. After the discovery that he was an American, the French authorities sent him home.

Severe Bronchial Cough Yields Quickly to Vinol. Here is another letter we are permitted to publish for the benefit of Richmond people who suffer from chronic coughs, colds or bronchitis. Miss Oda Nelson, a stenographer, of Teaneck, N. J., says: "I suffered from a severe bronchial cough. I had bad coughing spells and became so weak it was hard for me to go to business day after day. I tried cough medicines and doctors' prescriptions witnout ben

efit. Through a friend I learned of

Vinol and after taking one bottle my bronchial trouble was better. Its continued use stopped tbe cough, built me up and I gained in weight." It is the combined action of the medicinal elements of cod livers aided

by the blood-making and strength-creating properties of tonic iron and beef peptone, which makes Vinol a constitutional remedy for chronic - coughs, colds and bronchitis, and at the same time it will build up the weakened, run-down system and re-establish strength. Don't forget we return your money

if it falls to give you satisfaction.

The Great Kidney Medicine Fulfills Its Mission.

I was afflicted with Bladder trouble I suffered such great pain that the doctor had to take my urine. After the doctor had treated me for two weeks, I did not get any better. Remembering that a few doses of Dr. Kilmer's Swamp-Root completely relieved my Mother-in-Law, after all the doctors who were called on her case had failed to do her any good, I asked my husband to get me a bottle of SwampRoot I was greatly relieved. My husband was so pleased he said I should take one dozen bottles of Swamp-Root, but by the time I had taken seven bottles I was completely restored ' to I

health. That was six years ago and I have not taken any medicine since. My weight is 195 pounds, have three children, do my own work in a house of twelve rooms, and keep boarders. Very truly yours.
