EATON, O., Dec. 22. I. W. Baker was given $100 damages by a jury In common pleas court late Tuesday following a hearing of the suit against Otto Heeter." The Jury deliberated about one hour. The suit followed an accident which occurred on the Dayton pike some months ago when the plaintiff's horse became frightened at the defendant's automobile.
