Richmond'spolo team plays at Muncle tomorrow night, and on Wednesday night the Muncie team comes hero for a game. The local boys hope to annex both games, and will make Muncit hustle to take either of them. If they can defeat Muncie tomorrow night, the fans are sure the boys can repeat here Wednesday, and they will certainly have the support of the rooters, for the opinion is that there are few quintets in the game who can win from the Quakers. Improvement is shown by the home boys in every game. Their teamwork shows to decided advantage over their work in the first game, and they are speeding up in wonderful form. ' Muncie will have to play faster than they have so far this season if they hope to cope with the local boys. The addition of Sox Quigley has increased the strength of the locals at least 50 per cent, and they are getting better right along.

SOCKER IS REVIVED

A socker football team has been organized at Earlham college, and a squad of thirty-five has turned out for practice. The game was tried once before at the college but met with indifferent success and was abandoned. Just now the boys seem to be enthusiastic, and a game or two will be played in the near future. A series of games for the school championship may be arranged.

LEBANON CHALLENGES RICHMOND'S QUINTET

Principal Pickell and ' Coach Nohr will meet the- Richmond high school basketball team today . to discuss 'the advisability of making a trip to Lebanon to play, the high school team of that city on Christmas day. This is always a big time in Lebanon, but on account of the record the team has made it is doubtful if the trip will be .made.' . . . - Lebanon probably will be offered a game here on December 26, 27 or 28, and if they are they undoubtedly will accept.

Using radioactive phenomena for the basis of their calculations, two British scientists believe that the -world is at least 711,000,000 years old.
