TROUT KILLS GETS PAROLE FROM PRISON

On recommendation of Warden Fogarty, of the state penitentiary, Tremont Mills, who was sentenced from one to eight years for wife desertion, was released from the state prison when Chief of Police Goodwin signed his release papers a few days ago. Mills returned to this city today. Several weeks ago. Mrs. Amanda

Sittloh, a daughter of Mills' second

wife, who is divorced, sought to have

her father released from the state

prison as she had been promised by

Warden Fogarty that the man would

be paroled as soon as work was found for him. Mills' third wife Is now living at New Castle.

Mills has served fourteen months in the state prison and his good behavior

was rewarded with an early parole

Mrs. Sittloh, his daughter, applied to

Secretary Melpolder of the Social Service bureau to aid her in securing

the release from the state prison,
