The first jury lit twenty-five years at Milton, -what that in the suit brought by Walter Bertsch. of north of Cambridge City, against Watson Faucett of Milton, Tuesday morning In the court of W. H. Jefferte, Justice of the peace, at Milton. Walter Bertsch, recently bought a horse of" Watson Faucett and after using the animal Bertsch claims that the animal is mooneyed and that Faucett knew the same when be sold the horse to him. The horse was sold for $150'. The suit had a hearing befor Justice Jefferls on the preceding Friday. The attorneys representing the ease were Alonzo Feemster of ' Cambridge City, for the plaintiff, and Himeleck and Goebel, of Connersville, for the defendant. "The proceedings began Tuesday morning about 8:80 o'clock the jury being composed of George Baker, James Baker, Ernest Doty, Henry Hess, James Napier and Theodore Crist. The argument of the lawyers was heated. So heated did it become, that Attorney Feemster jumped to his feet and attempted to strike Attorney Hlmeleck. The later IS not very portly
