David Moylan Writing with Pen Held in His Teeth David Moylan, councilman and attorney-at-law will soon enter upon his duties as a municipal judge in this city, despite the fact that both his arms have been amputated. Eighteen years ago Moylan was a switchman. In two different accidents he lost both arms, and being unable to perform manual labor decided to study law. After three years of study he was admitted to the bar. To telephone he has the receiver placed on the level with his ear. The hook is held down by a weight, which he removes with his teeth when a call comes in or he wishes to make a call.
