Those v lshing to enter should send In their names to Roaeh at once, and if there are any who desire instructions in training for the event. Roach will give whatever assistance possible.
Earlham had a great work-out last night, the varsity scoring fifteen touchdowns, while the scrub team never had -a - chance, as . they could not secure possession of the ball.' Coach Whiteside had the men working hard on forward passes, and they showed a decided improvement in. this line. About fifty students will accompany the team to Greencastle tomorrow, when it meets De Pauw, and the feeling appears to be that Earlham, while it may not win, will at least make the other fellows hustle. . For green men, the local college has a splendid team, and with further de
velopment It will be one of the strong
est in the middle west.

Frankie Mason of Richmond outboxed Jack Cronin of Muncie here last night. The fight was a good one, and Mason's

think Wolgast had a shade. Glen Coakley knocked out Al Bronson in

Oliphant Wins Fame
on Eastern Gridiron
vv -v 'w.w
.OLLtB QL ifHAH T.
Few players of the gridiron game have shown more, versatility than has "Ollie" Oliphant, star end, halfback, quarterback and full back on the Army eleven. Oliphant began, footballing at the half back position with Purdue a couple of years ago. He also played the other baekfield positions and and did it so well that he made the All Western and all conference . elevens. " Since coming to West Point, Oliphant has played halfback and end. It is not yet settled just where he will play in the big game against the Navy, but he will play somewhere and quite a few middles will be cognizant of the fact. -. .. Oliphant is said to be the best runner with the ball in the east. In the game against Georgetown he tore off some remarkable runs, and the Georgetown game, if you remember was "some game." Oliphant personally scored ten points in that game, one touchdown, one goal from touchdown and one place kick. He is already being touted for All American halfback to make up that imaginary baekfield composed of Dave Tibbott of Princeton, Eddie Mahan of Harvard and Charley Barrett

Sunday, only with the difference that Cambridge City will be lucky to get two hits, the number they made last Sunday. " This , game will decide the, county championship, and it means a lot to all the boys, and they can be depended upon to put up a great struggle.

games without apparent effort. Young of the Feds surprised himself and the fans by rolling 208, making the
high score, but Green beat him out on

Coughed Continually Day and Night Man Says Nothing Helped But Vinol. That statement does not surprise us. We have told the people of Richmond many times during the last ten years that Vinol is the greatest remedy for chronic coughs and colds that we ever sold. Mr. Dunning Says:
"I took a heavy cold which settled into a chronic cough. I seemed as though I coughed continually day and night, so I could not sleep. I was all run-down and so weak I could hardly keep about. I tried different cough medicines but seemed to get worse instead of better. -1 went to the drug store and got a bottle of Vinol. Before it was half gone I ws beUer,aad its continued use. cure) my cough, built me up and I am feeling line." Benj. Dunning, 208 Tenth' Ave:, Scran, ton, Pa. , . Vinol is not a palliative like cough syrups, but it is a constitutional remedy for coughs, colds and . bronchitis, which removes the cause and stops the cough, and . the recovery . of. Mr. Dunning was due to the healing, medicinal extractives of fresh cods' livers without oil, aided by the strengthening, revitalizing effect of tonic, iron and beef peptone which are contained in Vinol.
