- Reports have reached here that Lady Ralph Paget, granddaughters of Mrs. Pa ran Stevens of New York, has been made a. prisoner of war by the Bulgarians. Lady Paget was a leader In the British Red Cross work in Servia and has been active in attending the wounded since, the war began. Her husband was formerly minister to Serbia and she has spent much of her life in that country.

From the Social Club of Cottage Grove, three miles east of here, Mrs. Jack Conner is the delegate.
