KITCHIN IN FAVOR 1 OF MORE SUBMARINES
Chief Cause of Pimple Blotches, Sallow Sirin
Representative Claude Kltchin of North Carolina who has succeeded Oscar Underwood as floor leader and chairman of the Ways and Means committee, has taken the stand that Jn the event of war the United States would only have to protect her coast by submarines and mines. He declared that he favored spending millions for submarines and mines, but very little for the army and nothing for the navy. He added that he would fight vigorously any larger army and navy propaganda.
MARRY AFTER 65 YEARS.
EVANSVILLE, Ind., Sept. 3. The resumption pf a romance which was interrupted sixty-five years ago has been made since W. S. Bennett, Wichita, Kansas, returned here and recognized in Mrs. Penelope Riggs, a widow whom he met on the street the sweetheart of his youth. They will wed within a few days.
A motor car fitted with a horn,
which warned pedestrians of Its ap
proach by playing "We Won't Go Home till Morning," was heard in London not long ago.

WARNING TO USERS HAIR REMOVERS
Den't experiment with so-called super
fluous hair removers.
If you use a simple toilet preparation and it proves to be worthless, you only lose money. It is a very serious matter, however, when you use a doubtful hair remover, because it will either result in permanent disMgurrnent or cost you many dollars and take months or possibly years to gain control of the growth after it has been stimulated by the use of such preparations. It Is a waste of time to use pastes and rub-on preparations which merely remove hair from the surface of the skin. To rob hair of its life sustaining force, you must devitalize it by attacking it under the skin as well as on the skin. Nothing but DeMiracle, the original liquid depilatory, can accomplish this result. . i Imitations of DeMiracle are as worthless as pastes and rub-on preparations because they lack certain ingredients that DeMiracle alone contains which give it the power to rob hair of its vitality. Remember, DeMiracle is the only depilatory that has a binding guarantee in each package which entitles you to your money if it fails. Insist on the genuine DeMiracle and you will get the original liquid hair remover. Others are worthless Imitations refuse them. DeMiracle is 'sold in three sizes, 50c, $1.00 and $2.00 bottles. The larger sizes are the most economical for dermatologists and large users to buy. If your dealer will not supply you buy a bottle at Clem Thistlethwaite's Drug Store, or order direct from, us. The truth about the treatment of superfluous hair mailed in plain sealed envelope on request. DeMiracle Chemical Company, Dept. E, Fark Ave. and 129th St., New York. (Advt).
