Paul Jones, who entered the railroad service at Richmond as rodman in 1888 after graduating from Earlham college, was recently appointed superintendent of the Toledo division of the Pennsylvania. In 1900 Mr. Jones was transferred to the Richmond division in the capacity of Engineer Maintenance of Way after serving in the same capacity at Indianapolis. He later went, to Zanesville and was superintendent of the Zanesville division until his recent appointment. Otto Schroll who is remembered in Richmond while he was superintendent of the Richmond division in 1902, was advanced from his present position in Toledo to superintendent of the Western division. Advancement to the position -of general superintendent of the Northwest System, was given to William C. Downing, a native of this city. Mr. i BANE, RESTED, TO MEET MILLER Johnny Kilbane.
