10,000 AEROPLANES ORDERED BUILT FOR ATTACK ON GERMANY LONDON, July 15. It became known today that the Admiralty has placed orders with every shop In England and Canada that can make aeroplans in preparation' for a gigantic aerial attack on Germany. The announcement of this movement came coincident with the greatest single air attack of the war, in which thirty-five aeroplanes bombarded the German railway station at Vigneulles-les-Hat-tonchatel. The plans call for the construction of 10,000 aeroplanes, to deluge German ammunition plans, supply stations and routes , with bombs for the destruction by aircraft of the fifteen railroad bridges across the Rhine and the nine across the Meuse, by which the German front is supplies with munitions; and for the creation of a new Cabinet portfolio, to be known as the Ministry of Aviation, which shall have full control of the war by airmen. England at last has awakened to the fact that she must fight Germany scientifically, matching invention for
invention, novelty for novelty, and
strategy for strategy. For many months H. G. Wells has decided that
this was absolutely necessary if the
allies hoped to achieve success .

BEACH IS POPULAR 1 SEIZED WITH CRAMPS
EATON BOY DROWNS
Swimming was the most popular of sports yesterday afternoon and evening. Crowds of men and women splashed and waded In the cooling waters at the Hawkins bathing beach, while an equal number of the more timid sat on the banks and treated themselves to a psychological cooling. Imaging they were as comfortable as their friends who came from the water with bodies cool and dripping. The Y. M. C. A; pool has also been popular during swimming hours, many men from offices and stores taking a refreshing plungs each day as soon as the day's work is over.
GLEN MILLER AGAIN USED FOR OUTINGS
Glen Miller park la again coming into its own as a picnic ground. Although used comparatively little for outings last summer and the summer before, the park has this year been, the scene of many pleasant outings. Richmond Sunday schools and church societies and lodges in many neighboring towns have held their annual picnics at the Glen, while numerous family reunions have enjoyed the cool shade and the refreshing waters of the park. Parents like to take their children to the Glen, because the youngsters are little bother. They spend hours and hours in perfect contentment watching the antics of the monkeys and in dropping bits of food to the shaggy bears in the deep pits. ATTEND OUTING EATON, O., July 15. Mr. and Mrs. L. L. Brown and children, Mr. and Mrs. W. E. Reel and daughter Miss Lucile, and F. J. Jackley will go to Cedar Point Monday to enjoy an outing.
