REBEK All LODGE ENTERTAINS 50 AT BIG PARTY Milton Branch Gives Thimble Party and Program of Good Musical Numbers and Recitations.

MILTON. Ind., June 10, The entertainment committee of the Rebekah lodge gave a thimble party

Tuesday afternoon at the Odd Fellows' hall. About sixty guests were present to enjoy the afternoon. The following program was given: Piano aolo, Miss

Lora Beeson; vocal solo, Eula Lever

ton, with piano accompaniment by her mother, Mrs. Clyde Leverton; piano

duet, Misses Carrie Michael and Nellie Jones; vocal solo, Alice Murley,

with piano accompaniment by Miss Lora Beeson; piano solo, Miss Marie Harmeier; voca Isolo, Mrs. Alvin Lowry, with piano accompaniment by

Miss Nellie Jones. Each number was pleasing and was highly applauded.

Refreshments were served and a ail ver offering taken.

Mrs. W. L. Parkins is visiting her

brother, Harry Michael at Crawfords

ville and attending the festivities of class week at Wabash college. Her

son, Ivan, is one of the graduates.

Miss Margaret Ohmit spent Tuesday at Cambridge City with Mrs. Ben

Homer Hoshour sprained a ligament in his foot when he was painting the roof of David Nucent's house. He

slid on the fresh paint and fell a dis

tance of twelve feet. At first he 'thought he was not seriously hurt, but

later his foot began to pain mm.

The Milton band will go to Fairview

Sunday afternoon to play for the I O. R. M. decoration.

Miss Gussie Miller has been suffering from a bilious attack, and was

unable to return to school at Muncie.
