THIS BOOK - Dippy: BURNS SAYS FRANK INNOCENT OF CRIME LOS ANGELES, April 15 Wi J. Burns, who is in Los Angeles on an inspection trip of his coast business, said today that nothing that had elapsed- since he was here four years ago had engrossed his 'attention like the Leo Frank case, now before the United States supreme court. "I am more than ever convinced that there will soon be a realization of Frank's innocence and that, he will be released," said Burns. "I am still doing all in my power to bring about the ends which 1 believe must be served.". Should Not Feel Discouraged. So many people troubled with indigestion and constipation have been benefited by taking Chamberlain's Tablets that no one should feel discouraged who has not given them a trial. They contain no pepsin or other digestive ferments but strengthen the stomach and enable it to perform its functions naturally. Obtainable everywhere. adv. - r i ECONOMY Dr. W. L. Commander Verner of the British cruiser Inflexible was killed in the battle of the Dardanelles on March 18., Though mangled by two shells that burst neai him the Naval officer, asked . for a cigarette and smoked it as he died. PROHIBITIONISTS MEET. CHICAGO, April 14 The national convention of the Prohibition party will be held in , Minneapolis and St. Paul on July 5, 1915. This was decided upon at a meeting of the party's national executive committee at the La Salle hotel. A HE WAS THIN Weighed 135 Pounds, Now Weighs 160, a 25-Pound Increase. - ?:;;;;iS:K2i:Sj; "When I started taking Sargol my wieght was only 135 pounds," writes H. E. Henninger. "Now my weight is 160 pounds and I am the picture of health and stronger than I ever was before. You may use my letter for I am sure it will help somebody in the same shape I was. Would not take $100 for the good it has done me." "When I commenced taking Sargol I weighed '116 pounds. I have been taking it only 26 days 'and weigh 130 pounds," writes Miss Lillie Davis. "I gained 7 pounds in 10 days," states W. P. Thackery. And so it goes. Some folks take little stock in testimonials because they say people are apt to take treatment for some disease and just Imagine they feel better. But Sargol is not a treatment for any disease. It simply puts firm healthy, "stay there" fat and muscular tissue on men and 4 women who are thin, rundown and underweight. There is no guess work no imagination about it. These people weigh themselves each week thereafter and the scales tell the story. Hundreds upon hundreds of Sargol users are constantly reporting increases in weight ranging all the way from ten to forty pounds. Sareol is just a tiny tablet which you eat at meals. It mixes with your food and turns all the fats, sugars, starches and oils of your food into rich, ripe, flesh-producing nourishment for the tissues and blood'. If you are underweight it is certain that the greater portion of the fat-producing material in your food is going through your body as waste. You eat and eat but get no benefit. Sargol stops this wasteful, dangerous leakage of fats and the result is quickly noted as the hollows of the body fill out with healthy flesh. You risk no loss in taking Sargol, as leading druggists everywhere sell it with a positive guarantee of increased weight as contained in every package. Absolutely harmless. Costs little if it succeeds and nothing if it fails. If you are ten pounds or more underweight you owe it to yourself to try it. Sold in Richmond and vicinity by Leo H. Fihe and other leading druggists. Adv. NOTICE OF APPOINTMENT. Estate of Samantha B. King, deceased. By McManus READ IT THE OTHEfWAX J We Surprised at the number of people to whom we talked during the last week that did not know of the improvements and the big advantages that Reeveston Race Addition has (We have particular reference to South 19th St.) They almost invariably said: "Why I never knew you had all of those improvements, and what improvements there were I thought cost etftra over and above the lot." and then others said: "The addition is too good for me ; I can't afford to build a $5,000 to $10,000 residence." and still others said: . "We never knew the lots were 60 ft. wide and 147. ft. deep." These are the things we cannot understand. We thought with all the advertising we have done that every man, woman and child in Richmond knew all about this addition. In answer to above questions : Everything on So. 19th Street is complete and improvements all in and included in the price. Concrete street. Cement sidewalk and curb. Cluster lights in boulevard. All wires underground; no poles. Water and sewer brought to each lot-line. Regarding the kind of house: All we ask is that you build a good looking house whether it cost $2,500 or $10,000 cuts no figure. But you must stay back a certain distance from the lotline. After everything is considered from every point of view it is invariably the opinion that South 19th street is by far the cheapest place in Richmond and the place to build a moderate priced home. It is known as the model street because it is. ; Visitors from other nearby cities are . always enthusiastic about this addition and say it is one of the best laid out plats they ever saw and just the right distance from the business section. Now is the time to investigate Reeveston. South 19th street, the best par of the best addition it has ever been Richmond's good fortune to have laid out. Write or telephone us and we shall be glad to call and explain. You place yourself under no obligation. m B I m II m I m 66 Horn I Builders I Room 203 Colonial : Bldg I Or E. G.
