Said sale will be made subject to the approval of said court, for not less than two-thirds of the appraised value of said real estate, and upon the following terms and conditions: Orethird of the purchase money cash In hand, one-third in six and one-third in nine months from day of sale, deferred payments to be evidenced by notes of purchaser bearing six per cent interest per annum from date, waiving relief, providing for attorney's fees and upon confirmation of sale secured by mortgage on real estate sold.
