THE R1CHMOMU JfAL.JL.AJJl UM AND SUN-TELEGRAM,
NINES CONTEST OWNERSHIP OF STAR CATCHER
' Business of tbe S. A. L tonight at the Y. M. C; A. will consist in the getting the full list of players of the clubs as well . as those belonging to the league. It is probable that assigning of unattached players "belonging to the league and on the reserve list, and which teams they will be placed with will come up for discussion. Two of last years Wayne Works team. Bailey and Cracraft, are wanted by the A. S. M. management but are also wanted Just as much by every team in the league. Whoever bets them will have to put up a pretty strong and convincing argument as to why they should get their services. Cracraft worked the last two games for the Seeders last year and it was during these games that Ulrioh grew sweet on the formed W. W. bckstopper. Bailey is easily worth any team's trouble in getting him signed if only for his pitching ability but he can hit much better than most of the outfielders in the league. It is the plan of tbe S. A. L. to stage more Sunday games this season with out-of-town teams on the same plan as the Muncie game last summer.
