In the grain market on the board of trade today, closing prices showing declines of Hi - to ' le ou wheat and c to lc en oats and corn, with the exception of July corn, which was unchanged. Cash transactions at Chicago were , small and included 5,000 bushels of wheat. 115,000 bushels of corn, and 305,000 . bushels of oats, with 60,000 of the latter for export.
