PLAN DISCUSSION OF FARM AGENT CONDITIONS HERE Teachers of Towns and Townships Expect to Adopt Resolutions After Sessions at High School Building. tomorrow. The 143 members 'will take up the agricultural agent and agricultural
school training questions. County Su
perintendent Williams has dispensed with speaking in the afternoon in or der that the important educational question may occupy most of the time.
The question first will be discussed
in tbe sectional meetings and by the body as a whole later. The general subject, "The Place of an Agricultural Vocational School In Wayne County Public School System," will be
discussed in Room 34, and the following topics will be taken up separately:

ARMOUR BROKERS BUY AS MARKET DECLINES
BY LEASED WIRE. CHICAGO, March 5. The buying of May wheat by the Armour brokers on all the declines for the day was believed in the trade to have been an foreign account. The market closed at lc lower for the day at $1.38, and the full range was $1.35 to $1.40. July closed at the same price as at the close Thursday on short covering. The full range on that future was between $1.10 and $1.13. Hog products were fractionally higher all around. Cash transactions at the seaboard were reported as 1,250,000 bushels of wheat and 1,000,000 .bushels of oats. Cash sales here were 50,000 bushel of wheat, 292,000 bushel of corn and 133,000 bushels of oats. All the wheat sold
nere was for export, and 175,000 bush els of corn went for export.
