FREELAND ADDRESSES MEN'S BIBLE SCHOOL Dublin Lnurch Society Entertains Thirty-one Persons at Annual Banquet. DUBLIN, Ind., Feb. 5. The Men's Bible Class of the Methodist church gave a social in the church parlors Tuesday evening. Thirty-one members and guests were present.- The - Rev. Mr. Freland, district superintendent of Richmond, made a. talk on church needs from a social and othr standpoints. Short speeches were made by Prof. Long. Mr. Evans, Will Woodward, Sam Snyder and Dr. C. E. McKee. Supper was served at three tables, which were beautifully decorated. Rev.

Ray C. Ballard was toastmaster and Frank Huffman, chef. Music was furnished by Ora Huddleston's . graphophone and the male quartet. After the supper a social time was enjoyed. The affair was success, and it is hoped there will be many more pleasant social gathering In the future.

Mike O'Donnell, who is making his home with his sister, Mrs. John MeGill near Campbellstown, was here Thursday shaking hands with old friends. Friends of Omar Westerfield of Greenville have received word that his music store wag burned Tuesday night. The building was filled with pianos and other musical instruments, and but one piano was saved. Mrs. C. P. Kirkpatrick joined her daughter, Mrs. Emil Heerman at Dayton Tuesday, and they attended a coif cert where Mr. Heerman was violin soloist. Floyd Wolf of Indianapolis is the guest of John Wolf and family.

Wayne Avenue, by paving the roadway with one of the kind of modern pavements towlt: Concrete, brick, asphalt, creosoted wooden block, from the north property line of South "A" street, north to Ft. Wayne Ave., thence north on Ft. Wayne Avenue to North "D" street. Improvement Resolution No. 4441915 For the improvement of North and South 6th street, by paving the roadway with one of the kind of modern city pavements to-wit: Concrete, brick

asphalt, creosoted wooden block. From the north property line of Soutb "A" street, north on 6th street to Ft. Wayne Avenue. And of making by contract and at the owner's expense, all private connections with sewer, gas, water and other like pipes and conveniences, and of bringing said connections inside the curb lines of said street and outside of the line of such alley for each lot, where the same has not already been done by the abutting property owner or other

person or corporation for the use aud benefit of any such owner; and the declaration of 6uch intention by the board shall be made a part of the notice given concerning such street or alley improvement as required by law.
