NOCK. GUILD TO BE BURIED IN CAMDEN CEMETERY Despondent Man Commits Suicide by Using Chloroform in Cincinnati. EATON. O., Dec. 2G. The body of Ernest Guild. 39, son of Mrs. Philena Guild, of K'it.on, who committed suicide Thursday in Cincinnati, will he brought to Camden, where furneral services and burial will take place. His inability to secure employment is thought to have prompted the man to end bis Hie. With his family Guild has just moved to Cincinnati from Madisonville and was preparing to open a studio. When he left home Thursday he told his wife he would not return unless he found something to do. The woman declared he had often made similar threats, and she thought nothing of his remarks. His body was discovered by a neighbor at their late home in Madisonville. He used chloroform. He is survived by six children, three of whom were here to spend the holidays with his mother. The ladies of the M. E. church at Williamsburg will give a New Year's dinner Jan. 1, lftir., in the basement of the church, in order to raise money for special fund. At Morgan's Chapel Sunday nrorning all the Sunday school scholars will receive a treat. The treat is composed of seventy-two sacks of candy, ninetytwo oranges and apples. So you youngsters want, to be present. Mr. and Mrs. Uiley Salisbury entertained at a Christmas dinner Friday the following: Mr. and Mrs. Tom Stewart, Mr. and Mrs. John Paul. Salisbury and children. Mr. and Mrs. Frank Gibson and children. George Washington Johnson, the oxhunter and trapper, was nicely remembered Christmas day by benevolent people. A Xmas Dinner. Probably no three persons sat, down to a nicer little Xmas dinner and enjoyed it more than did Miss Grace Garrison. Kon and Nate Kdwards. Just a plain country dinner without lace or ribbons. Roast chicken, dressing, noodles, potatoes, bread and butter, olives, celery, cherry and gooseberry pie, gold cake with a black dress on. Jel-o and fruit, salad, fruit dish filled with two kinds of oranges, two kinds of apples, bananas and two kinds persimmons from Daythera. Florida, nuts and candies of all kinds and then Ml washed down with good coffee, with Jersey cream and sugar. The dinner was prepared by Miss Garrison who is a fine practical cook and had some of (he Domestic Science teachers seen the dinner it would have turned them green with envy. Mrs. Anna Uishop and two sons are spending the holidays with relatives at Greoiisfork. Professor Kngent Butler, wife and daughter left for Newcastle Thursday t veiling to spend the holidays. T!ie Misses Jessie Seerest and Cathf t ine Pasey left Thursday evening for Greenfield to spend the holidays. E. parsonage Wednesday evening Franklin Kraus of Noblesville, Indiana, and Miss Cora Fae Harris of Economy, were married by the Rev. Preston Polhemus. The young married couple have not decided definitely where they will reside.
