The work will be entirely elective with the different schools. Mr. Giles said that while no action had been taken by ihe local board, he felt that all the members, and the general sentiment in the city were in favor of introducing Bible study work in the Richmond schools. Before taking any action, however, lie said he wished to confer with the officials of the Catholic church and obtain their sentiment. The syllabus, when completed, will make it possible for Catholics and Jews to obtain the same credit for work done as for the J children of Protestant families. It Really Does Relieve Rheumatism, j Everybody who is afflicted with, Rheumatism in any form should by all j means keep a bottle of Sloan's Lini-I ment on hand. The minute you feel pain or soreness in a joint or muscle, bathe it with Sloan's Liniment. Do not. rub it. Get a bottle of Sloan's Liniment for 25 cents of auy druggist and , have it in the house against colds, ' sure and swollen joints, rheumatism, neuralgia, sciatica and like ailments. I wish to thank the voters of Wayne county for their kindness in returning me to the office of county assessor, and also my opponents for the fairness shown in the campaign. WILLIAM MATHEWS, 6-lt County Assessor. A Wakefield (Mass.) schoolboy delined a caterpillar as an "upholstered worm." You Make Friends by Recommending a Reliable Kidney Medicine Your representative called at my door yesterday morning to leave a sample of your noted Swamp-Hoot, and I am certainly pleased to see anybody! connected with the linn who makes a medicine which has done so much for j me and my family. A few years ago I was suffering from a terrible pain i in my hack, and when I was up around J the house I had to walk with my body bent nearly double. If you had placed j a thousand dollars above my head I ; could not not straighten up to get it.. Hearing of Dr. Kilmer's Swamp-Root I sent to you for a sample bottle, and from the effects of that small amount I was sure it would help me, so I bought one bottle ond it has cured me. Shortly after that my husband, who was a coal miner, was suffering from kidney trouble and could not work, and I sent for some of Dr. Kilmer's SwampRoot. He was in a terrible condition, but as the doctors had not given me any relief, I had more faith in SwampRoot, and it was well founded, for it did the work, and after taking a fewbottles he was completely cured. I daily recommend the use of SwampRoot to my friends and neighbors. Sincerely yours, MRS. JOHN NORDQUIST, Galeton, Penna. Sworn and subscribed to before me, this 14th day of May, 1912. W. A. Many people have been heard to say that they used creams and lotions for years without effect, yet after five or six days of Stuart's Calcium Wafers their complexions were perfectly clear. "I Got Rid of Blackheads in a Jiffy by Using Stuart's Calcium Wafers." It's easy to understand why Creams and lotions only get at the surface, j while Stuarts Calcium Wafers go right into the blood and instead of a sluggish deposit in the skin the impurities that cause skin diseases are destroyed in the perspiration that is exhaled through the pores in the form of invisible vapor. You'll never have a good complexion without pure blood, but you positively will have a fine, beautiful complexion if you use Stuart's Calcium Wafers. They contain no poisonous drug of any kind, are perfectly harmless and can be taken with absolute freedom, and they work almost like magic. Calcium Sulphide, their principal ingredient, is the greatest bloodcleanser known to science. No matter how bad your skin may be, Stuart's Calcium Wafers will quickly work wonders with it.
