CHANGES TIME CARD Pennsy Arranges Winter Train Schedule. A new time card involving change of time of several local trains, will take effect on the Pennsylvania Lines, Sept. 27. On the Cincinnati and Chicago division train No.19 will arrive from the east at 11:30 a. m. instead of 11:25 and will leave for the west at 11:35 a. m. No. 18 will arrive from the west at 4 p. m. and leave at 4: 5 p. m., ten minutes earlier than before. On the Grand -Rapids and Indiana line No.. 19, the Northland limited, which formerly left for the north at 9:45 p. m., and number 20 which arrived from the north at 4 : 55 a. m. have been taken off.
